Tie carbon dioxide into the city's plantations and on roofs
Perhaps this is already done, but it is an idea to choose what to plant in Stockholm's decorative plants based on the type of plants that bind most carbon dioxide. Placing sedum roofs on new buildings also helps to bind carbon dioxide.

This also includes urban cultivation, which the ceilings can also be used for. That so many surfaces are just empty is a big waste. There are also many other advantages that come with these proposals that more oases are created for biodiversity, stormwater collection, some insulating effect in the winter and cooling in the summer etc..
