How do we ensure a safe, competent good man for everyone who has the need?

Many have at some point in their lives come into contact with or been in need of a good husband, for themselves or for a relative.
Your mother may have had a stroke, you yourself have suffered from incipient dementia, your child is born with a disability. You are faced with new questions and challenges in life, you may need help to sort out the situation. You then have the right to receive support from a good man.

A good man is someone who performs tasks for someone else who does not manage, for example. physical or mental reasons. For example, it may be about paying bills, writing on contracts or taking care of the person's property. Good man is ordered the first time by the district court and the person who has good husband is called the principal.
The latest reports show that there is a shortage of good men and that the good men find it difficult to fulfill their duties. This has been reflected in the latest news reports on good men who do not perform their duties. Those responsible for the good men are not able to cover for both new recruits and education.

Durable good men
Our purpose is to increase legal certainty for the good men and their principals and our focus is to improve the conditions for equality of vulnerable target groups.
We know that the need for training and coaching for good men are large current treatment and social justice issues.
In the project we will build a basic training and subsequent coaching for good men.
In this way, we believe that one: they get a knowledge base to build on, two: they and we have the opportunity to build a network that
will grow over time, three: opportunities for sustainable capacity building.
BOSSE advice, support & knowledge center accommodates the special skills necessary to create a qualitative and sustainable training and coaching for good men. The competence is based on many years of experience in counseling and support.
BOSSE is a neutral party and, through training and guidance
efforts be a guide so the right question end up with the appropriate principal. It saves resources, time and energy.
At the moment we are requested for mediation and assistance to parties when difficulties occurred. With this training/handledningkan it be prevented and countered in a professional manner.
The primary customer/recipient is the main man and good man.
The secondary client is Överförmyndarnämnden.
A collaboration between BOSSE and Överförmyndarnämnd enables or frees up resources for Överförmyndarnämnden and allows them to work on with the huge recruitment need.
The expected result is that BOSSE becomes a permanent training and tutorial player for Överförmyndarnämnden in the city of Stockholm.
The proportion of omrekryteringar should have been reduced by 20% the number of questions to the customer service should have been reduced by 20%, there is at present no activities having the same starting position as BOSSE-advice, support & knowledge center. There are different actors but no one who has the right skills and long experience. The project includes training but most tutorials. Furthermore, it is a question of interaction between partners and the structure of the interface to build a qualitative and safe system.
