Healthier lifestyle, better health
Non-communicable diseases, also called lifestyle diseases or welfare diseases, are a major problem both in Stockholm and in the rest of the country. These are diseases that are not transmitted between humans and are not made up of an infection, and include, among other things, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer and COPD.

Compete for their town!
Engage the entire Stockholm population and use the hötorget skyscrapers as the indicator of activity. Let each scrape represent a district and highlight it as a bar different high depending on how many training hours as reported from the town. Does the play of training and exercise!
Health mentor
What would happen if we made it possible to have health mentors. Although there are many who do not live healthy, there are very many who live a very healthy life with lots of exercise and proper nutrition. If these people via a digital platform, sharing and coaching some people would surely many find the motivation to live better. You can even have multiple different coaches. One for food, one for training, one for meditation, etc.
share my life style
Share their experiences. the idea is that it should be fun, pleasurable, but requirements to reflect on their habits of life. And what do you do best if they can share their experiences with others. There are of course a variety of digital opportunities but also making it under a, such as major events or gatherings. The carrot I envisage is to learn from each other and where experts also are included. For example, a digital platform that brings together all of the available tools that will help you look at your lifestyle and give you free advice on sharing of your habits. Could be a collaboration with various insurance companies and other actors that affect your lifestyle, such as liquor and grocery stores.
Health day
One problem may be that many people do not know that there are living unhealthy. They may have a suspicion about it but how can you know for sure. What is a healthy lifestyle anyway? < br/> Our idea is to start the health day. An event focused on food and exercise where you can do a check on how you actually feel. Many go not to the doctor regularly and go there when you feel bad. Here you get the chance to check its status.
Support hälsoapp
What happens if you in Stockholm or Sweden would support an app or in any way create a platform where data from all apps could be entered. That way, one could compare themselves with others in the city and perhaps one would let cities compete against each other in raising its health index.
Facilitate walking and biking everywhere
Make it easier to bike and walk in the existing city and plan for walking/biking as the primary way of transport in new areas. Plan new urban areas to be local, build city blocks with local services, shops, etc instead of building more small house areas (sleeping suburbs) where you have to take the car to a large shopping mall. By walking or biking instead of driving a car, the individual lifestyle gets more active and the air less polluted, thereby contributing to better health for all citizens. But this also requires good public transportation and car pools/ pools with "elcyklar" so that elderly/physically disabled still can access services and shops
